We had Michael inspect the home we wanted to purchase and he was fantastic! He was so thorough, and caught a TON of potential issues that were completely missed on the inspection report that had been done previously by another company. Our plumber was so impressed by the report and said it was the most thorough inspection report he'd ever seen. I would highly recommend John Robinson's if you're looking to buy a home but want a heads up on the condition :)

The inspector, Curtis, that came to the home we are in the process of buying he was extremely friendly from the start. We appreciated his attention to detail. Curtis would check parts of the house and come back and let us know what he saw that concerned him. He explained everything very well and was very open to answering questions. This is my second experience with John Robinson's inspection group and I still highly recommend them!

John Robinson did my pre purchase home inspection and they did an excellent job. From the front office staff to my home inspector everyone was through, helpful and professional.

My home inspector was Matt Rasmussen and he was through, intelligent, honest and patient. I spent the 3 hour inspection following him and learning / asking questions.

He answered all my questions and gave honest opinion on his findings. He also explained findings in person and in a very through inspection report he provided me a few days later. My realtor was so impressed she mentioned she would use John Robinson for her future clients.
