We were referred to this inspection company. Since I was in the process of buying without a real estate agent from a for sale by owner, I had many questions. From scheduling the appointment they took the time to explain the process and what to expect. They were on time and extremely nice to the sellers who we are close to. Before receiving the inspection report I was called and key topics were discussed in depth. The report was amazing. Very thorough and included great pictures and a video. Complimentary property photos also. I was contacted multiple times to check in to see if I had any questions which was a nice support to have while feeing alone in this process during my first home buying experience. John Robinson did my pre purchase home inspection and they did an excellent job. From the front office staff to my home inspector everyone was through, helpful and professional.

My home inspector was Matt Rasmussen and he was through, intelligent, honest and patient. I spent the 3 hour inspection following him and learning / asking questions.

He answered all my questions and gave honest opinion on his findings. He also explained findings in person and in a very through inspection report he provided me a few days later. My realtor was so impressed she mentioned she would use John Robinson for her future clients.
