Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your San Diego home, John Robinson’s Inspection Group provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. Our licensed home inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.

After we walk through the home together, we will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, that will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you’ll be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.

Chad was absolutely amazing! We are buying a rental property in Vista and he completed our inspection. He was extremely thorough and explained every single detail of each step of the inspection. In the end, he reviewed all the items with us on his laptop with pictures. What I liked most was that he was very nice and polite and also answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. You can tell he really loves his job. Also the price was very reasonable.

We were fortunate enough to have the owner John Robinson inspect our home. As first time buyers, we were very concerned with ever detail of our potential home. John and his assistant made it a point to explain their process up front, and put us at ease. They were incredibly thorough, and took their time (3+ hours) inspecting the property. John Robinson's Inspection Group was an excellent choice for me. Miguel did the first inspection and at the end walked us through and pointed out the issues raising concern. But (Realtors Note:) he was not one to kill a sale. He explained what to look for in the way of cracks that were considered "normal " in SoCal and what he didn't want to see! As he couldn't access some areas due to them being locked and full of furniture, Matt returned ( for an additional fee) and checked those areas out. By then we had read the clearly written report that color coded items according to severity of concern and in addition to explaining his findings he also explained some findings noted in the report . I am a former realtor and this was the best written report I have ever seen.
