Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your San Diego home, John Robinson’s Inspection Group provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. Our licensed home inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.

After we walk through the home together, we will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, that will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you’ll be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.

He arrived on time, made a cursory inspection the the house, gave us an overview of the things he would be looking at, and gave us a preliminary cost estimate for the inspection. He then went to work and got down to business. Had to have a home inspection on an older home I was thinking of purchasing. I was unable to be at the inspection, but Wyatt called me after and spoke with me for a good 30 - 45 mins. I appreciated that he answered all my questions. When I received the Inspection Report everything was spelled out and color-coded so I knew which things were Safety-related and which things were less so. I appreciated the 4 categories of information/levels. Even down to the latch not being able to secure the patio door was noted. That was great attention to detail. Maybe everything was "standard" for a house inspection but I felt it was thorough. Helped me decide about the property what I could live with and what I would not! Bottom line if all the Inspectors at John Robinson Inspection Group are as nice and professional to speak with and discuss these potentially stressful things as Wyatt is - I say you cannot go astray with this company! John Robinson's Inspection Group was an excellent choice for me. Miguel did the first inspection and at the end walked us through and pointed out the issues raising concern. But (Realtors Note:) he was not one to kill a sale. He explained what to look for in the way of cracks that were considered "normal " in SoCal and what he didn't want to see! As he couldn't access some areas due to them being locked and full of furniture, Matt returned ( for an additional fee) and checked those areas out. By then we had read the clearly written report that color coded items according to severity of concern and in addition to explaining his findings he also explained some findings noted in the report . I am a former realtor and this was the best written report I have ever seen.
