Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your San Diego home, John Robinson’s Inspection Group provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. Our licensed home inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.

After we walk through the home together, we will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, that will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you’ll be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.

But (Realtors Note:) he was not one to kill a sale. He explained what to look for in the way of cracks that were considered "normal " in SoCal and what he didn't want to see! As he couldn't access some areas due to them being locked and full of furniture, Matt returned ( for an additional fee) and checked those areas out. By then we had read the clearly written report that color coded items according to severity of concern and in addition to explaining his findings he also explained some findings noted in the report . I am a former realtor and this was the best written report I have ever seen.

I called a very effervescent, and efficient, Elizabeth @ the John Robinson Inspection Group and she immediately asked if I was fine with an appointment the next morning. I was and confirmation was immediate and channeled to me via text and email. I met Natasha and Wayne near the end of the very thorough two hour+ inspection; they were both professional, amiable, and very helpful in answering my questions. And within 24 hours I had a lengthy and comprehensive inspection report (with detailed pictures!) that was most impressive. I had a home inspection conducted by Curtis Kelley. He was professional, worked neatly, and was a pleasant to talk to. He spent a good amount of time in each section of the home. He was actively taking notes and pictures. And also pointing out the issues and even things that weren't an issue. He had all the right tools to test and measure. The final paper report was thorough and detailed with pictures and narratives. The report was easy to understand, as it was broken down in categories of the home, and then further highlighted for areas of safety concerns or needs attention. The report was top notch. The company was on point with communication via email in regards to the appointment, and even after the appointment. The customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company, and Curtis to do your next home inspection. They will be there for you every step of the way!!!

We were on the market for a new home and used the J Robinson Inspection group for the inspection of a home. Our inspector was Natasha. This was during the Corona virus period (2020). She came with a full mask and gloves (wow hard work).

She did a fantastic job at the inspection of the home. Very informative and professional. Within 24 hours we had our final report which was very informative about must-fix, think about and maybe considerations for the home. Well documentation and a great set of recommendation. Wow fantastic service.
