I was very pleased with Curtis Kelley and the very detailed job that he did. When you are buying a new home you want to make sure that all is well. If it isn't you want it fixed.
Curtis spent over 3 hours combing through the home and found small and large items of concern.

Chad was absolutely amazing! We are buying a rental property in Vista and he completed our inspection. He was extremely thorough and explained every single detail of each step of the inspection. In the end, he reviewed all the items with us on his laptop with pictures. What I liked most was that he was very nice and polite and also answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. You can tell he really loves his job. Also the price was very reasonable.

As first time home buyers we didn't know what to expect but we are glad we were recommended John Robinson's Inspection Group. It was easy to make an appointment through their online portal. His team is very responsive to questions via email and phone. We thought we were getting a different inspector but were lucky to have John Robinson himself on the day of the inspection! He was very friendly, thorough, knowledgable and respectful of the house, our curiosity and everyone's time. Our inspection report was done in a timely manner (hours) and was well organized and documented. Would definitely recommend!
