Matt did an awesome job with our inspection. We are moving to the area and not currently located in San Diego. He was more than willing to FaceTime with us following the inspection and do an additional walkthrough to point out all discrepancies. He was extremely responsive to our messages before the inspection and paid special attention to areas of concern that we had addressed. This is the best inspection we have ever gotten on a property. A friend referred me to John Robinson's Inspection Group for my home inspection needs. This was the best referral for anything I've ever received. Jade was quick to get us scheduled for a home inspection, and she clearly communicated everything we needed to know before the home inspection occurred. Curtis did our home inspection and was more thorough than I could have expected. My husband asked him questions throughout the process and Curtis was more than happy to answer his questions. Curtis provided a verbal overview of what he found at the conclusion of the inspection. We received the report less than 24 hours later, and given the quick turnaround time, I could not believe how thorough the written report was. Call John Robinson's and they had someone out right away to inspect our new home. Scott showed up early and got in touch with my agent to start the process earlier which was great. He was very thorough and went through every inch of the house. He asked me for my concerns so he could spend extra time reviewing those areas and then educated me on the true severity of the issues.

The report came back by the next morning and was very detailed with pictures and next steps.
