Scott recently inspected a condo for me and did an excellent job communicating everything over our conference call since I could not be there in person. He was able to describe everything in detail so I could understand. He provided a lengthy and detailed report afterwards, that included photos as well as suggestions and the priority of things that needed fixing.

Matt performed my Inspection, He has all Hi-Tech equipment required to have a good inspection. Their report is comprehensive and detailed with lots of photos and explanations that any potential home owner can understand. Their prices are better than any of the other companies I researched and my realtor contends that their service is also better than the rest. I highly recommend this company. They were on time and got right to work including attic and all around the place. Matt was very informative, easy to talk to he's basically a home inspection stud! These guys were great! Super professional and very thorough.
