The team at John Robinson's was exceptional! We used them for a home inspection during escrow. They were extremely thorough in their inspection. As first time home buyers, we were nervous about the findings but our inspector walked us through the house and explained each finding in detail and helped us navigate what the important issues really were. Scott recently inspected a condo for me and did an excellent job communicating everything over our conference call since I could not be there in person. He was able to describe everything in detail so I could understand. He provided a lengthy and detailed report afterwards, that included photos as well as suggestions and the priority of things that needed fixing.
