Our inspector from John Robinson was Curtis, and he was AMAZING! I feel so bad because I'm writing this review so late, but time got away from me. Curtis is not only super thorough, but he is also so nice. He took his time to answer all of our questions, and he saved us from making a really costly mistake on a house with a completely destroyed foundation. When we finally settled on a house, we made sure we had Curtis come back out and do a second inspection. His thorough inspection gave us the leveraging power to get the house at the price we needed to purchase, and he pointed out a handful of really scary safety issues we made sure to get fixed. We could not recommend Curtis more. We were so lucky to have him, and we would use him again for any house we would purchase.

Matt Rasmussen and Scott Taylor did a fantastic job with the home inspection of a duplex I'm looking at purchasing. Very professional, thorough, and candid on their findings! Although no one likes to change directions in a process like this, especially when you are excited about the home, but these two are really making me consider if this is a good investment or not. They may save me from a bad investment that will bring much headache and costs down the road. Doing exactly what they are supposed to do! Overall, great experience and highly recommended!

The inspector, Curtis, that came to the home we are in the process of buying he was extremely friendly from the start. We appreciated his attention to detail. Curtis would check parts of the house and come back and let us know what he saw that concerned him. He explained everything very well and was very open to answering questions. This is my second experience with John Robinson's inspection group and I still highly recommend them!

John Robinson's Inspection Group made our home buying experience go really smooth. As first time home buyers we didn't know what to expect but we are glad we were recommended John Robinson's Inspection Group. It was easy to make an appointment through their online portal. His team is very responsive to questions via email and phone. We thought we were getting a different inspector but were lucky to have John Robinson himself on the day of the inspection! He was very friendly, thorough, knowledgable and respectful of the house, our curiosity and everyone's time. Our inspection report was done in a timely manner (hours) and was well organized and documented. Would definitely recommend!

Where do I even begin?!
I'm am thoroughly impressed by the knowledge base, attention to detail, and ability to communicate from our Inspection Expert: Chad.

The home that we had inspected was built around 1966 and although it was updated and remodeled, there were many things to pay extra attention to.
Having someone that was willing to take the extra time and educate us while performing the inspection helped us better understand the final report that he submitted.

I took notes and there were many instances that I saw Chad had input a note on the final report, to help me better explain something because I inquired about it, that matched with the personal notes I took. This gave an extra peace of mind.

Chad was able to give recommendations and cleared up any updates to the house with the owner to verify any unknowns.

Not only was he good at his job, he was personable and went the extra mile.
Customer service like this is what makes the difference in highly competitive markets with little to no initial foreseeable differentiation of product.
This is why I will recommend and continue to use this company, the inspection experts are the face of the company and they did good with this hire, I'll assume the same with their others!
