Where do I even begin?!
I'm am thoroughly impressed by the knowledge base, attention to detail, and ability to communicate from our Inspection Expert: Chad.

The home that we had inspected was built around 1966 and although it was updated and remodeled, there were many things to pay extra attention to.
Having someone that was willing to take the extra time and educate us while performing the inspection helped us better understand the final report that he submitted.

I took notes and there were many instances that I saw Chad had input a note on the final report, to help me better explain something because I inquired about it, that matched with the personal notes I took. This gave an extra peace of mind.

Chad was able to give recommendations and cleared up any updates to the house with the owner to verify any unknowns.

Not only was he good at his job, he was personable and went the extra mile.
Customer service like this is what makes the difference in highly competitive markets with little to no initial foreseeable differentiation of product.
This is why I will recommend and continue to use this company, the inspection experts are the face of the company and they did good with this hire, I'll assume the same with their others!

As a first time homebuyer, there is a whirlwind of information and documents to take care of. Having a home inspection done on your house seems like another checkbox to write off, but John Robinson's Group helped me respect the process and appreciate what a good home inspector can do.

Curtis of John Robinson's was punctual, polite, thorough, and meticulous throughout his process of inspecting our property. The photos were well documented, and he made sense of it all in a summary when I arrived at the property later in the day.

I would highly recommend John Robinson's for home inspection any day of the week.

Had to have a home inspection on an older home I was thinking of purchasing. I was unable to be at the inspection, but Wyatt called me after and spoke with me for a good 30 - 45 mins. I appreciated that he answered all my questions. When I received the Inspection Report everything was spelled out and color-coded so I knew which things were Safety-related and which things were less so. I appreciated the 4 categories of information/levels. Even down to the latch not being able to secure the patio door was noted. That was great attention to detail. Maybe everything was "standard" for a house inspection but I felt it was thorough. Helped me decide about the property what I could live with and what I would not! Bottom line if all the Inspectors at John Robinson Inspection Group are as nice and professional to speak with and discuss these potentially stressful things as Wyatt is - I say you cannot go astray with this company! Thank you, Wyatt!

Andrew's home inspection certainly helped us dodge the bullet on a home we were in contract to buy. The inspection revealed some serious issues which we would have never known, nor did the seller disclose. THANK YOU!!! Highly recommend this company.
