John Robinson's Inspection Group was a pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer, I felt comfortable knowing that my future home was well inspected.

Curtis took the time to go over everything with me. He pointed out areas of concern and explained why it could be an issue. When I got the report everything was listed just as he had explained.

I will definitely consider using them again when the time to purchase another home comes around.

I had a home inspection conducted by Curtis Kelley. He was professional, worked neatly, and was a pleasant to talk to. He spent a good amount of time in each section of the home. He was actively taking notes and pictures. And also pointing out the issues and even things that weren't an issue. He had all the right tools to test and measure. The final paper report was thorough and detailed with pictures and narratives. The report was easy to understand, as it was broken down in categories of the home, and then further highlighted for areas of safety concerns or needs attention. The report was top notch. The company was on point with communication via email in regards to the appointment, and even after the appointment. The customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company, and Curtis to do your next home inspection. They will be there for you every step of the way!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Adrian yesterday for the home inspection on my very first home purchase. I expected the home inspection to be rather mundane and straight forward but working with Adrian was a pleasantly surprising awesome experience! He was extremely fun to work with and very personable! He took his time to answer all of my questions and I really did feel like he had my best interest at heart as he inspected the house. He also had very advanced gear like a thermal scanner that actually identified a window that was not sealed properly and was letting water leak into the house. That was a great catch! I would LOVE to work with him again and I highly recommend working with this company!

I want to thank Curtis Kelly for his knowledge, respect, and courtesy that he displayed on my inspection. I am a first time buyer and not very knowledgeable about the inner workings of a home. He took the time and explained everything that he was doing and explained somethings I should be concerned with. The experience was really eye opening and informative. I appreciate his professionalism and will certainly recommend and use John Robinson inspections in the future. I also like the fact that you can request an appointment and pay all online! Nice.
