I was lucky enough to have Andrew Powell inspect my home. He was very patient with me because I tend to ask a lot of questions. I've taken on a few fixer projects in the past and I wanted a good inspector who was knowledgeable and was also willing to talk things over with me while they were conducting the inspection. While some inspectors tend to complete inspections in isolation out of fear of being bludgeoned with questions, Andrew welcomed the questions and took the time to fully understand the concerns and explain potential causes and root issues of findings while conducting his review. At first he began to speak in layman's terms without a lot of jargon to make his explanation easy to understand and when I began to peel the onion to get deeper insight he was able to really get in the weeds with multiple issues from plumbing to electrical to Ac issues. So whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned flipper he will cater to your needs to conduct a thoughtful inspection where you can buy with greater confidence.

I called a very effervescent, and efficient, Elizabeth @ the John Robinson Inspection Group and she immediately asked if I was fine with an appointment the next morning. I was and confirmation was immediate and channeled to me via text and email. I met Natasha and Wayne near the end of the very thorough two hour+ inspection; they were both professional, amiable, and very helpful in answering my questions. And within 24 hours I had a lengthy and comprehensive inspection report (with detailed pictures!) that was most impressive. Five stars for my John Robinson Inspection Team and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

We're in the process of buying a home and upon recommendation from our agent we hired John Robinson's Inspection Group to do the home inspection. Chad was our home inspector and he did a great job. He was super friendly, explained everything in detail during the walk-through, and the home inspection report turned out great.
This was a much better home inspection experience than what we've had when we purchased our first home.
As part of the inspection we also had a sewer line scope done and they sub-contracted with CSR Plumbing to do that. We've hired CRS Plumbing in the past and had a great experience with them, so that was another plus.
