A friend referred me to John Robinson's Inspection Group for my home inspection needs. This was the best referral for anything I've ever received. Jade was quick to get us scheduled for a home inspection, and she clearly communicated everything we needed to know before the home inspection occurred. Curtis did our home inspection and was more thorough than I could have expected. My husband asked him questions throughout the process and Curtis was more than happy to answer his questions. Curtis provided a verbal overview of what he found at the conclusion of the inspection. We received the report less than 24 hours later, and given the quick turnaround time, I could not believe how thorough the written report was. I can't thank Curtis enough for doing such a great job and putting our minds at ease that he really took his time looking at everything possible!

I called a very effervescent, and efficient, Elizabeth @ the John Robinson Inspection Group and she immediately asked if I was fine with an appointment the next morning. I was and confirmation was immediate and channeled to me via text and email. I met Natasha and Wayne near the end of the very thorough two hour+ inspection; they were both professional, amiable, and very helpful in answering my questions. And within 24 hours I had a lengthy and comprehensive inspection report (with detailed pictures!) that was most impressive. Five stars for my John Robinson Inspection Team and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

This last weekend was the third time I've had JR Inspection Group come out and Natasha id a great job for my clients. She was patient and thorough. I'm a REALTOR and love having someone that takes time to thoroughly explain issues or requirements and alleviate concerns.
The first two inspections Adrian came out and killed it. A few weeks later, same client needed a same day inspection before going to Japan. Within a couple hours Rhonda got us Adrian our to get the job done. Made me look good and made the client feel better because it was the guy she trusts. Great team of folks!
