Had to have a home inspection on an older home I was thinking of purchasing. I was unable to be at the inspection, but Wyatt called me after and spoke with me for a good 30 - 45 mins. I appreciated that he answered all my questions. When I received the Inspection Report everything was spelled out and color-coded so I knew which things were Safety-related and which things were less so. I appreciated the 4 categories of information/levels. Even down to the latch not being able to secure the patio door was noted. That was great attention to detail. Maybe everything was "standard" for a house inspection but I felt it was thorough. Helped me decide about the property what I could live with and what I would not! Bottom line if all the Inspectors at John Robinson Inspection Group are as nice and professional to speak with and discuss these potentially stressful things as Wyatt is - I say you cannot go astray with this company!
