Matt did an awesome job with our inspection. We are moving to the area and not currently located in San Diego. He was more than willing to FaceTime with us following the inspection and do an additional walkthrough to point out all discrepancies. He was extremely responsive to our messages before the inspection and paid special attention to areas of concern that we had addressed. This is the best inspection we have ever gotten on a property. Can't recommend enough!

A friend referred me to John Robinson's Inspection Group for my home inspection needs. This was the best referral for anything I've ever received. Jade was quick to get us scheduled for a home inspection, and she clearly communicated everything we needed to know before the home inspection occurred. Curtis did our home inspection and was more thorough than I could have expected. My husband asked him questions throughout the process and Curtis was more than happy to answer his questions. Curtis provided a verbal overview of what he found at the conclusion of the inspection. We received the report less than 24 hours later, and given the quick turnaround time, I could not believe how thorough the written report was. I can't thank Curtis enough for doing such a great job and putting our minds at ease that he really took his time looking at everything possible!

Max Hogue was the inspector for our home. He arrived on time, made a cursory inspection the the house, gave us an overview of the things he would be looking at, and gave us a preliminary cost estimate for the inspection. He then went to work and got down to business. About two hours later, having been all over the house and attic (we are on slab, so no crawling under) he gave us an overview, and our complete inspection was online, with photos, the next morning. We were impressed, and very happy with the overall inspection, price, and content.

Where do I even begin?!
I'm am thoroughly impressed by the knowledge base, attention to detail, and ability to communicate from our Inspection Expert: Chad.

The home that we had inspected was built around 1966 and although it was updated and remodeled, there were many things to pay extra attention to.
Having someone that was willing to take the extra time and educate us while performing the inspection helped us better understand the final report that he submitted.

I took notes and there were many instances that I saw Chad had input a note on the final report, to help me better explain something because I inquired about it, that matched with the personal notes I took. This gave an extra peace of mind.

Chad was able to give recommendations and cleared up any updates to the house with the owner to verify any unknowns.

Not only was he good at his job, he was personable and went the extra mile.
Customer service like this is what makes the difference in highly competitive markets with little to no initial foreseeable differentiation of product.
This is why I will recommend and continue to use this company, the inspection experts are the face of the company and they did good with this hire, I'll assume the same with their others!
