Jeff, the inspector, clearly explained on what he is looking for in the inspection and items that might need attention or future upgrades. Today we had a home inspection with Mark Taibo of John Robinson Inspection Group. Mark arrived early ready to work and went about doing his inspection methodically and diligently but was still able to answer questions from the buyer along the way. Mark's explanations of his findings were precise and in a manner that didn't cause alarm to the buyers. I recommend Mark Taibo and John Robinson Inspection Services to anyone wanting a complete no nonsense inspection report. Mark took lots of photos to back up his findings too.

Jade was quick to get us scheduled for a home inspection, and she clearly communicated everything we needed to know before the home inspection occurred. Curtis did our home inspection and was more thorough than I could have expected. My husband asked him questions throughout the process and Curtis was more than happy to answer his questions. Curtis provided a verbal overview of what he found at the conclusion of the inspection. We received the report less than 24 hours later, and given the quick turnaround time, I could not believe how thorough the written report was.
