Was my first home purchase and was honestly a little skeptical of the home inspection process, but this far exceeded my expectations. Home inspection is like a getting a physical from the doctor you get to discover everything going on that you can't see. Curtis was my guy and was very professional and knowledgable. Had some kind of thermal heat reader that helped to see heat sources. The report was produced quickly and it is amazing...so comprehensive, easy to reference, and full of photos. A little more pricier than other options but worth for extra peace of mind.

We recently completed our inspection with Curtis from John Robinson Inspection, and I was very impressed with the quality of their service. Curtis was extremely insightful, helpful, and communicated all of his findings clearly. I knew we were getting an accurate representation of the state of the home as a result of his inspection. Our final inspection report was very thorough and included a well-written breakdown of all issues that were found, including safety issues, items that need attention, and all positive notes on the house. Curtis conducted himself like a professional, answered all our questions, and took the time needed to make sure we understood the status of all items he found in the home. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a home inspection!

Max Hogue was the inspector for our home. He arrived on time, made a cursory inspection the the house, gave us an overview of the things he would be looking at, and gave us a preliminary cost estimate for the inspection. He then went to work and got down to business. About two hours later, having been all over the house and attic (we are on slab, so no crawling under) he gave us an overview, and our complete inspection was online, with photos, the next morning. We were impressed, and very happy with the overall inspection, price, and content.
