First rate inspection company! Our inspector, Chad, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We got the distinct impression that he was looking out for our best interests with respect to the purchase and general state of our new home in escrow. The report we received within 24 hours gave us a detailed description of any issues that we could look to address immediately or in the future. All items were discussed with us in person so we could really get a sense of what was going on at the property. Getting our inspection done by Chad at John Robinson's was one of the easiest parts of an otherwise stressful home buying journey and we are grateful for the professionalism and friendliness we received. Matt did an awesome job with our inspection. We are moving to the area and not currently located in San Diego. He was more than willing to FaceTime with us following the inspection and do an additional walkthrough to point out all discrepancies. He was extremely responsive to our messages before the inspection and paid special attention to areas of concern that we had addressed. This is the best inspection we have ever gotten on a property. Can't recommend enough!
