John Robinson's Inspection Group was an excellent choice for me. Miguel did the first inspection and at the end walked us through and pointed out the issues raising concern. But (Realtors Note:) he was not one to kill a sale. He explained what to look for in the way of cracks that were considered "normal " in SoCal and what he didn't want to see! As he couldn't access some areas due to them being locked and full of furniture, Matt returned ( for an additional fee) and checked those areas out. By then we had read the clearly written report that color coded items according to severity of concern and in addition to explaining his findings he also explained some findings noted in the report . I am a former realtor and this was the best written report I have ever seen.

Great service from start to finish. I was able to book an appointment three business days out from the actual inspection date, which was critical for the home buying timeline.

Natasha was very professional, friendly and informative. She did a super thorough job with the inspection, and she communicated every step of the way whenever we had questions.

The inspection report itself was very detailed with written descriptions and clear pictures. It helped us to get quotes on some issues without the need to have other vendors physically come to the property to inspect in person. Again, this was very helpful given the tight deadline to get all our property inspections in.

The inspection was scheduled promptly; the inspector arrived on time; the inspection was very thorough & inclusive of all issues relative to purchasing the house. The report was extensive, detailed & very clear; including color photos showing the areas of concern. The inspection was well worth the fee. In fact, the fee was, in affect, recovered by the identified issues that the seller has agreed to pay for. I highly recommend this licensed house inspection company.
