Very pleasant experience with John Robinson. Our inspector Chad was professional, on time, knowledgeable and completed the inspection efficiently and thoroughly. He did a walk through at the end of the inspection and explained all aspects & observations he had during his inspection very well. Our realtor was also impressed with how well the inspection went that he mentioned he will now be recommending Chad to future clients. We received our inspection report the next day, and the report is very thorough, including photos of all observations and recommendations made.

By the way, this is my 5th time works with John Robinson's Inspection Group, 2nd time works with Chad. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!

They are very thorough during the inspection process. Curtis was the inspector who conducted the inspection on the property. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He shared with me situations where I should be concerned about right off the bat. They were prompt and professional throughout. Highly highly recommended!
