I needed an inspection asap and John Robinson's inspection was able to fit me in next day. Jade was the representative that coordinated with me on the phone and was nothing but nice, which is always a relief when trying to book appointments...she even offered a discount that I wasn't aware of for the Christmas charity drive.
The next day Matt came out to do the inspection and was really great. He was thorough and very easy to talk with. He went through his steps but encouraged me to ask all my questions and made all efforts to answer them in a way I would understand.
