We were fortunate enough to have the owner John Robinson inspect our home. As first time buyers, we were very concerned with ever detail of our potential home. John and his assistant made it a point to explain their process up front, and put us at ease. They were incredibly thorough, and took their time (3+ hours) inspecting the property. They took photos, videos, and promptly sent us a extensive report. It was a pleasure working with John and we highly recommend them!

Jeff! Ask for Jeff!!! Jeff is our inspector. He arrived on time and explained to us the process of inspection. Jeff has attention to detail, and is very thoroughly in his work. He offered us to tag along with him while he performed inspection, and pointed out issues that were not obviously noticeable to us. The report was available very next day with all detailed information, and itemized issues in order of their severity. I highly recommend John Robinson's Inspection Group, and ask for inspector Jeff!!!

The inspection was scheduled promptly; the inspector arrived on time; the inspection was very thorough & inclusive of all issues relative to purchasing the house. The report was extensive, detailed & very clear; including color photos showing the areas of concern. The inspection was well worth the fee. In fact, the fee was, in affect, recovered by the identified issues that the seller has agreed to pay for. I highly recommend this licensed house inspection company.

We recently completed our inspection with Curtis from John Robinson Inspection, and I was very impressed with the quality of their service. Curtis was extremely insightful, helpful, and communicated all of his findings clearly. I knew we were getting an accurate representation of the state of the home as a result of his inspection. Our final inspection report was very thorough and included a well-written breakdown of all issues that were found, including safety issues, items that need attention, and all positive notes on the house. Curtis conducted himself like a professional, answered all our questions, and took the time needed to make sure we understood the status of all items he found in the home. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a home inspection!

We had Matt come out to inspect the home we are buying. He was really awesome, very detailed and thorough. There was one thing that didn't get done on the day of the inspection but he went back out to the house to make sure it got done. I REALLY appreciated that. The report came fast.
