Where do I even begin?!
I'm am thoroughly impressed by the knowledge base, attention to detail, and ability to communicate from our Inspection Expert: Chad.

The home that we had inspected was built around 1966 and although it was updated and remodeled, there were many things to pay extra attention to.
Having someone that was willing to take the extra time and educate us while performing the inspection helped us better understand the final report that he submitted.

I took notes and there were many instances that I saw Chad had input a note on the final report, to help me better explain something because I inquired about it, that matched with the personal notes I took. This gave an extra peace of mind.

Chad was able to give recommendations and cleared up any updates to the house with the owner to verify any unknowns.

Not only was he good at his job, he was personable and went the extra mile.
Customer service like this is what makes the difference in highly competitive markets with little to no initial foreseeable differentiation of product.
This is why I will recommend and continue to use this company, the inspection experts are the face of the company and they did good with this hire, I'll assume the same with their others!

We were referred to this company by our realtor, and I'm so glad we worked with them! Andrew was fabulous and compiled a super detailed inspection report. He was meticulous and took his time, which we greatly appreciated! And anything that was out of his wheelhouse or that he recommended we call a specialist on, he shared! We were able to go into the house knowing exactly what needed to be done. I've also seen a few inspection reports now, and this company provides a really good final product. We'd definitely hire them again!

Buying a new home is very important what you up to. What is in the house, how bad, where intention is needed, and how much the coming cost of repair?
Can't thank enough Curtis for the job he's done to ease my worries. He is super knowledgeable, professional, courteous and a nice guy easy to deal with. Highly recommended!
