We're in the process of buying a home and upon recommendation from our agent we hired John Robinson's Inspection Group to do the home inspection. Chad was our home inspector and he did a great job. He was super friendly, explained everything in detail during the walk-through, and the home inspection report turned out great.
This was a much better home inspection experience than what we've had when we purchased our first home.
As part of the inspection we also had a sewer line scope done and they sub-contracted with CSR Plumbing to do that. We've hired CRS Plumbing in the past and had a great experience with them, so that was another plus.

The inspection was scheduled promptly; the inspector arrived on time; the inspection was very thorough & inclusive of all issues relative to purchasing the house. The report was extensive, detailed & very clear; including color photos showing the areas of concern. The inspection was well worth the fee. In fact, the fee was, in affect, recovered by the identified issues that the seller has agreed to pay for. I highly recommend this licensed house inspection company.

I used John Robinson's Inspection Group for an inspection on a condo I put an offer on. Natasha was my inspector and I am so happy she got assigned to my project. As a first time home buyer, this can be a pretty scary process. Natasha let me shadow her through the inspection and talked me through everything she was seeing and what that might mean from a repair perspective. She was super kind and helpful. On top of that the actual inspection report was extremely thorough. Everything that was inspected had a detailed explanation, picture(s), and coded for what kind of concern it might post (e.g. safety). I would 100% use them again.
