We had Michael inspect the home we wanted to purchase and he was fantastic! He was so thorough, and caught a TON of potential issues that were completely missed on the inspection report that had been done previously by another company. Our plumber was so impressed by the report and said it was the most thorough inspection report he'd ever seen. I would highly recommend John Robinson's if you're looking to buy a home but want a heads up on the condition :)

What a great company! Their inspection was done by a professional who was able to simplify complicated terms so we could understand. Every important point was highlighted for us, with a ton of pictures to illustrate what had to be done. At the end of the report, there was a summary to resume what were the key elements to keep in mind which made our work much easier to find what repair to do in priority. Highly recommended!

A friend referred me to John Robinson's Inspection Group for my home inspection needs. This was the best referral for anything I've ever received. Jade was quick to get us scheduled for a home inspection, and she clearly communicated everything we needed to know before the home inspection occurred. Curtis did our home inspection and was more thorough than I could have expected. My husband asked him questions throughout the process and Curtis was more than happy to answer his questions. Curtis provided a verbal overview of what he found at the conclusion of the inspection. We received the report less than 24 hours later, and given the quick turnaround time, I could not believe how thorough the written report was. I can't thank Curtis enough for doing such a great job and putting our minds at ease that he really took his time looking at everything possible!

Scott recently inspected a condo for me and did an excellent job communicating everything over our conference call since I could not be there in person. He was able to describe everything in detail so I could understand. He provided a lengthy and detailed report afterwards, that included photos as well as suggestions and the priority of things that needed fixing.

I absolutely recommend John Robinson's Inspection Group's Services and will use them again in the future if a need arises.
