Call John Robinson's and they had someone out right away to inspect our new home. Scott showed up early and got in touch with my agent to start the process earlier which was great. He was very thorough and went through every inch of the house. He asked me for my concerns so he could spend extra time reviewing those areas and then educated me on the true severity of the issues.

The report came back by the next morning and was very detailed with pictures and next steps.

Would highly recommend Scott and John Robinson's to inspect your home.

We're in the process of buying a home and upon recommendation from our agent we hired John Robinson's Inspection Group to do the home inspection. Chad was our home inspector and he did a great job. He was super friendly, explained everything in detail during the walk-through, and the home inspection report turned out great.
This was a much better home inspection experience than what we've had when we purchased our first home.
As part of the inspection we also had a sewer line scope done and they sub-contracted with CSR Plumbing to do that. We've hired CRS Plumbing in the past and had a great experience with them, so that was another plus.

John Robinson Inspection Group was able to schedule a home inspection for us on short notice. The inspector, Wyatt, arrived on time and was very professional. Although we had initially intended to follow the inspector around, the company policy is that the inspector should not be disturbed such that they can focus on their inspection related tasks.

Wyatt spent about 3.5 hours inspecting every aspect of the house alerting us to many findings. The inspection was quite comprehensive and we are completely satisfied with the service.

After the inspection, we were given an oral summary of the findings along with explanations to help educate us on building code and other issues. The inspection summary was sent via email to us on the evening of the inspection (~8 hour turn around). It includes pictures of every room along with documentation of issues and photos of the problem. We had several questions about a few of the called items and Wyatt spoke with us on the phone to clarify the findings in further detail.

We strongly recommend John Robinson Inspection Group and especially our inspector, Wyatt.
