He explained to us the way he would perform the inspection, took his time inspecting every area of the house inside and out, carefully prepared the report, then reviewed it with us afterwards - breaking it down section by section. He was very polite and happy to provide additional explanation to anything we inquired. I needed an inspection asap and John Robinson's inspection was able to fit me in next day. Jade was the representative that coordinated with me on the phone and was nothing but nice, which is always a relief when trying to book appointments...she even offered a discount that I wasn't aware of for the Christmas charity drive.
The next day Matt came out to do the inspection and was really great. He was thorough and very easy to talk with. He went through his steps but encouraged me to ask all my questions and made all efforts to answer them in a way I would understand. Even though we didn't receive the best news, Robinson's made the experience comfortable and hassle free, thank you!

For our inspection we had Wyatt.

This Wyatt was better than Wyatt Earp. He spent hours on our potential home and went through every nook and cranny. Most importantly he was personable and educated us on the flaws of the home and gave us a run down. It was almost like a 101 class. It was getting dark and he didn't leave until he felt he gave 100%. The inspection report came back from the company and was comprehensive, easy to read, etc. I will be recommending this company to others. Props to Wyatt!
