Where do I even begin?!
I'm am thoroughly impressed by the knowledge base, attention to detail, and ability to communicate from our Inspection Expert: Chad.

The home that we had inspected was built around 1966 and although it was updated and remodeled, there were many things to pay extra attention to.
Having someone that was willing to take the extra time and educate us while performing the inspection helped us better understand the final report that he submitted.

I took notes and there were many instances that I saw Chad had input a note on the final report, to help me better explain something because I inquired about it, that matched with the personal notes I took. This gave an extra peace of mind.

Chad was able to give recommendations and cleared up any updates to the house with the owner to verify any unknowns.

Not only was he good at his job, he was personable and went the extra mile.
Customer service like this is what makes the difference in highly competitive markets with little to no initial foreseeable differentiation of product.
This is why I will recommend and continue to use this company, the inspection experts are the face of the company and they did good with this hire, I'll assume the same with their others!

Great company! We worked with Andrew on a recent inspection for a home purchase, and his work was AMAZING! The house actually fell out of escrow before our offer was accepted with another potential buyer, so we were able to see the previous inspection report.

Andrew's was much more thorough--he caught everything and really prepared us for what we need to do upon move-in! Fantastic service. They really know their stuff, both big and small. Scheduling was easy, he was on time, thorough, and even super helpful via phone for questions after the report came in.

Go with them! Worth every penny.
