I hired John Robinson's Inspection Group to conduct and inspection into the home that I am purchasing. This home will be my fifth home purchased. Dallas, the technician that JRIG sent is amazing! He conducted the inspection and explained his finding via FaceTime, I am currently in the East Coast, buying the property site unseen, however, Dallas work kept me at ease. Dallas not only provided a FaceTime briefing, he also called me and answered all of my questions. With no hesitation, I will hire JRIG to conduct the inspection on the next property I will be purchasing.

John Robinson's Inspection Group was an excellent choice for me. Miguel did the first inspection and at the end walked us through and pointed out the issues raising concern. But (Realtors Note:) he was not one to kill a sale. He explained what to look for in the way of cracks that were considered "normal " in SoCal and what he didn't want to see! As he couldn't access some areas due to them being locked and full of furniture, Matt returned ( for an additional fee) and checked those areas out. By then we had read the clearly written report that color coded items according to severity of concern and in addition to explaining his findings he also explained some findings noted in the report . I am a former realtor and this was the best written report I have ever seen.

Curtis Kelley arrived early, stayed late and was incredibly thorough. He has incredible attention to detail and was very willing to explain what he was seeing and the implications. The online report was delivered quickly and and the repair request tool saved us quite a bit of time. Highly recommended, will use again!
