We had Michael inspect the home we wanted to purchase and he was fantastic! He was so thorough, and caught a TON of potential issues that were completely missed on the inspection report that had been done previously by another company. Our plumber was so impressed by the report and said it was the most thorough inspection report he'd ever seen. I would highly recommend John Robinson's if you're looking to buy a home but want a heads up on the condition :)

John Robinson's Inspection Group was great in handling our home inspection. Chad Stewart met us at the home that was to be inspected right on time and gave us a thorough run down of what he was going to be looking for. During the inspection he answered any questions that we had and was very patient and diligent when answering all of our questions. As a first time home buyer I thought the inspection was going to be scarier and I was a little anxious beforehand but Chad helped put my partner and I at ease throughout the process. I would use them again and glad that our Realtors recommended such a great company and that someone like Chad came out who really knew what he was doing and looking for. The inspection report that we got back was very thorough and detailed and we couldn't have asked for more. We will be coming back to this company should the need arise in the future.

The team at John Robinson's was exceptional! We used them for a home inspection during escrow. They were extremely thorough in their inspection. As first time home buyers, we were nervous about the findings but our inspector walked us through the house and explained each finding in detail and helped us navigate what the important issues really were. They made great recommendations and ultimately helped us get a few credits before closing so we could adequately handle repairs. I would definitely use John Robinson's again in the future!

John Robinson did out pre purchase house inspection. Matt R. was our inspector. My wife and I were floored with Matt's attention to detail, professionalism, and timelines. He noticed issues that would have slipped my mind, and saved us from missing a few huge repairs needing addressing prior to close of escrow. He emailed our completed and extremely detailed report with attached photos of all findings within 6 hours of completing our home inspection. I cannot recommend Matt and his company enough!
