Our inspector Randy with John Robinson's Inspection Group was great. We were able to schedule very fast on our tight timeline, he did a very thorough job. He then explained everything in detail with my clients in a calm, not alarming way as sometimes inspections can be overwhelming - especially for first time buyers. The first home inspection in a long time , was impressed with the new inferred equipment and how thorough the inspector was with my condo inspection. Every outlet every appliance and plumbing all checked . Inspected attic and heater ac unit . Looked for moister in the walls checked everything right down to The caulking around tubs and toilets . When they're done you get a full inspection report easy to read and understand problems they may have found . My guy was Mike , great guy

John Robinson's Inspection Group was great in handling our home inspection. Chad Stewart met us at the home that was to be inspected right on time and gave us a thorough run down of what he was going to be looking for. During the inspection he answered any questions that we had and was very patient and diligent when answering all of our questions. As a first time home buyer I thought the inspection was going to be scarier and I was a little anxious beforehand but Chad helped put my partner and I at ease throughout the process. I would use them again and glad that our Realtors recommended such a great company and that someone like Chad came out who really knew what he was doing and looking for. The inspection report that we got back was very thorough and detailed and we couldn't have asked for more. We will be coming back to this company should the need arise in the future.

The inspector, Curtis, that came to the home we are in the process of buying he was extremely friendly from the start. We appreciated his attention to detail. Curtis would check parts of the house and come back and let us know what he saw that concerned him. He explained everything very well and was very open to answering questions. This is my second experience with John Robinson's inspection group and I still highly recommend them!
