About Our Inspection Company

I’m John Robinson, President of John Robinson’s Inspection Group. More than a decade ago I purchased my first home. As a Quality Assurance Inspector and Aviation Electrician in the United States Marine Corps for more than 10 years, I could appreciate how vital that Home Inspector’s service was. I wanted to be that Man. At that moment I decided to learn everything I could about home inspections and how to perform them thoroughly. I immediately enrolled and graduated from several home inspection schools and courses to include the #1 home inspections training institute in America, Inspection Training Associates. I worked hard putting my meticulousness and eye for detail to good use making sure that people’s homes were ready for them. Since 1999, I’ve worked for other inspection companies, but none of them offered the kind of comfort and peace of mind that I wanted to provide for my clients.

That’s why I created John Robinson’s Inspection Group. My team of Inspectors and I strive to perform thorough inspections that empower our Clients to make sound decisions.

As certified members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, our company has completed well over 30,000 home inspections. Today, because of our extensive knowledge, experience, dependability and excellent customer service, we are able to provide our clients with the kind of homegrown personal attention that I appreciated so much when I first bought my first home.

Our Inspection TEAM

Randall Ahmann – Services Manager & InterNACHI Certified Lead Inspector

Randall is our Operations Manager and Lead Trainer who holds degrees in Building Inspection and Construction Management. His employment history includes experience as a Frame Carpenter, Electrician, and HVAC Technician. His extensive experience in these areas provides him with hands-on experience and a wealth of knowledge of local building standards and practices. With these skills Randall spends his time training and coaching our Inspection Team as well as maintaining our high standards of service. As an inspector, Randall excels in being a non-alarmist and an informative guide to his clients.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his children.

Wyatt Cawley – InterNACHI Certified Inspector

Before becoming a Home Inspector, Wyatt plied his trade in the HVAC Installation Industry. Beginning as an Apprentice he combined work and study to become a Lead Installer responsible for the fabrication and installation of all commercial and residential duct work. Wyatt has also worked as a specialist for residential and commercial foundation repair and seismic retrofitting projects, as well as other general contracting jobs including drain system installations and waterproofing. 

When not crawling through an attic or checking that your hot water heater is installed correctly, Wyatt loves to spend time with his friends and family, making music, or spending time out on the links working on his golf handicap.

Jamie Campbell – InterNACHI Certified Inspector

Jamie is a San Diego native and grew up in the Rancho San Diego area. Prior to joining us Jamie worked with a Manufacturing company for 20 years, which perfected her attention to detail. Looking for a career change, she embarked on her journey to become a Home Inspector. Jamie is a successful graduate of the Inspection Go Academy as well as our own in-house training program. She is now a fully certified Home Inspector and is looking forward to servicing your property.

Jamie is a dog mom to 2 Boxers named Bella and Jojo. She enjoys being outdoors and doing activities like boating, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. The only time you’ll find Jamie sitting around is on football Sunday when she is cheering on her favorite team, the Chargers.

Jeremy Polich – InterNACHI Certified Inspector

Jeremy has recently retired from the military and is applying the extensive construction and engineering experience gained there in his Home Inspection career. Outside the military Jeremy has experience with framing, carpentry, electric, plumbing and solar installation.

When not wowing our Clients, Jeremy likes to spend time with his Family, collecting sports cards and woodworking. Jeremy also finds time in his busy schedule to study for his Bachelor of Science in Building Inspection and Construction.

Mark Taibo – InterNACHI Certified Inspector

Mark grew up in a small New Jersey town a half hour from New York City. Before making a career change, Mark was as a Logistics and Warehouse Manager for a large plumbing supply company. Utilizing his organizational skills as well as his attention to detail, Mark enrolled and graduated from Inspection Go Academy and became InterNACHI Certified. Recently drone and mold certified, Mark is currently conducting inspections in San Diego County.

Mark’s days off are spent with his wife and two dogs as well as pursuing his passions in offshore fishing and amazing culinary creations.

Robert Casas – InterNACHI Certified Inspector

Born and raised in San Diego, Robert comes to us with a strong track record in Sales and Customer Service. Robert prides himself on his ability to communicate effectively with our Realtor and Client Partners; presenting his findings in a methodical and non-alarmist manner. Robert services all of San County and is looking forward to performing your next Home or Mold inspection.

When not working, Robert enjoys mountain biking and playing soccer; but most of all, spending time with his two children.
